How does the Try it for free option work?
You can try POSbistro platform completely free of change and with no commitment. In order to try POSbistro platform please fill out the form at https://posbistro.com/demo You can decide to schedule an online meeting with our specialist, who will go through all the POSbistro modules with you and answer any questions that you might have. Alternatively you can select the Test on your own option and receive from us login details for the POSbistro platform for 14-days free of charge.
Can I change plans?
Sure, you can change plans at any time to whatever plan best suits your needs.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, if you decide to order POSbistro platform you will only pay a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. There is no commitment and no long-term contracts.
How much do software upgrades cost?
Like support, software updates and new feature releases are also included in your monthly software subscription. You will always have the most up-to-date software and newest features at no additional cost.
What are the hardware requirements?
To use POSbistro you need a tablet with Android OS. Optionally you can use a receipt printer. If you need help choosing the right hardware, we are happy to advise you.
What kind of technical support do you offer?
With our packages Lite and Pro and Delivery we offer technical support via email and phone Mon.-Fr. from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CET time). We also offer VIP technical support as additional service available with all packages.
Is constant access to the Internet necessary?
You don't need constant access to the Internet in your premises, although it is recommended. The Internet connection is only needed while logging into the application at the beginning of the day. After that initial connection, sales process can happen without an Internet connection. Data collected on the tablet will automatically be sent to the database administrator in the cloud, when the device is connected to the Internet again. To use the admin panel and access your report you will need access to the Internet.
What is the required speed of the Internet connection to use POSbistro?
POSbistro application is designed to work irrespective of the speed of the Internet connection.
How do I install POSbistro in my premises?
The installation is very simple. Upon sign-up you will receive the login details and password to access the software and administration panel. Then download the app from Google Play store and install it on your tablet. That's all. :)
